Raymond Liang is an aspiring data scientist currently studying with the NYC Data Science Academy. Through the 12 week intensive course, Raymond is able to apply advanced data manipulation and visualization techniques using languages including, but not limited to R and Python. Raymond graduated from Pace University in 2012 and holds a BBA with a double major focus on Quantitative Analysis and Finance. Upon graduation, he was recruited by JPMorgan Chase where he joined their Leadership Development Program. During his years with the firm, Raymond gained exposure to various functions in the bank including Marketing and Strategy, Planning and Analysis, and Market Risk. In 2015, he joined Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Product Control. Outside of work, Raymond is also an active member of the United Nations Orchestra where he plays the violin and performs regularly for the public community.
